At Clausen and Sons, we pride ourselves on being a full-service general contractor, specializing in commercial, industrial, and agricultural buildings. Our story began in 1960 when Pete Clausen, the founder, started selling and erecting Eaton grain bins. We have since grown into a third-generation contractor, known for our unmatched work ethic and commitment to quality construction management.

Our History

Pete Clausen's entrepreneurial spirit led him to expand into the construction business, eventually becoming a Behlen building dealer in Montana. This partnership played a significant role in shaping our business, as we focused on building structures using Behlen building products. Over the years, we have worked with numerous architects and engineers, designed and built various structures across different sectors of the economy.

Services Offered

We offer a range of services, including General Contractor, Design-Build Services, and Construction Manager. Our General Contractor services involve self-performance of concrete and steel erection, along with most facets of carpentry. Our Design-Build Services involve working with project owners from the initial planning and design phases, pricing and value engineering, and continual communication throughout the construction process. As a Construction Manager, we provide management of material review/ordering, submittals, onsite supervision, and more.
