Poor Customer Service
Consumers have been struggling with poor customer service from insurance providers and agencies, including TAG Insurance Services. In one instance, a customer received a letter stating that their policy was being canceled due to TAG's decision to end their relationship with the insurance provider. Instead of assisting the customer in finding a new policy, TAG provided a phone number for the customer to deal with directly. However, this option was met with frustration, as the customer was still under contract with TAG and was not allowed to switch directly to the new provider. Regardless of the customer's attempts to contact the insurance provider, they were consistently told they had to deal with TAG, making the process extremely difficult and inconvenient.
Disorganization and Lack of Communication

Customers have reported feeling left in the dark, with no clear information or guidance on how to proceed with their insurance coverage.
