CrossFit

Our CrossFit classes are led by experienced coaches who provide modifications and scaling options to ensure that every participant can perform the movements safely and effectively. We offer both group and individual CrossFit training sessions to accommodate different learning styles and preferences.

Endurance

Our endurance program focuses on improving cardiovascular fitness through long-duration, low-intensity exercises. We offer a variety of endurance classes, including running, cycling, and swimming, that are designed to challenge participants and help them achieve their fitness goals. Mobility

Our Team

Pure Function CrossFit is led by Tim Prater, also known as Doc. Tim started his CrossFit career on a bet and quickly fell in love with the program's intensity and effectiveness. As a Doctor of Chiropractic, Tim brings a unique perspective to fitness and health, emphasizing the importance of a holistic approach that includes proper diet, stretching, and mobility programs.

Tim's definition of fitness is one that is constantly growing and changing, and he is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals through CrossFit. His favorite lift is the overhead squat, and he enjoys anything gymnastic. However, he is not a fan of the deadlift or the Fran WOD.
