Meet Management

Our management team consists of highly experienced professionals who have been in the industry for decades. Steven M. Youngs, PE, founded Steen Engineering in 1993 and has been dedicated to providing top-quality service ever since. Teri Spurling, who has been with Steen since its inception, has been promoted to Vice President and Principal. She is responsible for organizing and keeping our administration running smoothly. John Alseth, with over 30 years of experience, leads electrical design strategies for all levels of projects. Richard Becker, PE, and DeNell Lanning have also been promoted to new roles, demonstrating their technical and leadership abilities.
