Nxt Lvl Chiropractic is a family-centered chiropractic care provider located in Duncan, SC. We are situated at 700 East Main Street - #9C, close to Byrnes High School, making us accessible and convenient for the local community. Our mission is to help every individual in our community reach new heights of health through regular, affordable chiropractic care. We aim to empower families to incorporate weekly chiropractic care into their lifestyles using our unique membership-style practice.

Founded by Gregory Brown, D.C., in 2018, Nxt Lvl Chiropractic is dedicated to improving the overall health and well-being of our patients. Our team understands the importance of maintaining a properly functioning nervous system, free from interference caused by vertebral subluxations. We do not diagnose or treat any medical conditions but instead focus on removing subluxations through precise analysis, location, and correction. This process facilitates healing within the body, allowing it to function optimally using its inherent wisdom.

Our chiropractor, Dr. Gregory Brown Jr., has a personal story that led him to become a chiropractor. As a child, he had a strong desire to help people and envisioned himself as a doctor. After experiencing the benefits of chiropractic care as a teenager, he was introduced to the profession by a second chiropractor. Despite initial apprehension, Dr. Greg finally found his calling when a third chiropractor addressed his concerns about school, enabling him to follow his dream. He graduated from Sherman College of Chiropractic in 2015 and has been passionately serving the community ever since.

Your First Visit

Your first visit to Nxt Lvl Chiropractic will typically last between 30-40 minutes. During this appointment, you can expect the following:

• Initial paperwork
• Chiropractic orientation
• A comprehensive chiropractic examination
• Your first chiropractic adjustment
• Recommendations for care moving forward

Follow-up visits usually take between 5-10 minutes, allowing for quick, efficient, and regular adjustments to help maintain your spinal health.

Walk-Ins Welcome

New patients are welcome to walk in during business hours. However, please note that the first and last 30 minutes of every shift are reserved for existing members.
