At Aiken Cost Consultants, we pride ourselves on providing detailed and reliable project estimates for owners, developers, architects, and engineers involved in building and site construction. Our experienced in-house professionals and industry-specific estimating formats ensure that our estimates are accurate and provide clients with peace of mind throughout the design process.

With over 4400 projects completed since our inception in 1986, we have deep experience in our 10 core markets, including Green/LEED and energy-saving projects such as Zero Net Energy (ZNE). We are driven by an understanding that a client's reputation is only as good as the reputation of its resources. This is why we rely on our own in-house experts rather than subcontracting key aspects of a job, making us more accountable and facilitating better coordination between disciplines.

Our Team

Our team consists of experienced professionals who have spent years honing their skills in the construction industry. From the President and Sr. Estimator, Brad Aiken, with 44 years of experience, to the newest member of our team, Breana Vachon, our Marketing Coordinator and Estimator for Architectural and Plumbing, with 12 years of experience, each member brings a unique set of skills and expertise to every project.

Services

We offer a range of services including cost estimates, feasibility studies, budgeting, and schematic design. Our estimates can be provided in various formats such as Parametric, Conceptual, Feasibility Study, Budget, and Schematic Design. We also provide change order reviews or cost comparisons during construction and comparative cost analysis during value engineering. Additionally, we assist with Request for Proposal (RFP) Budget Estimates and Building Evaluation Surveys.
