Our Story

Standard Printing -n- Mailing has been a cornerstone of the Hutchinson community for over sixty years, a testament to our commitment to providing exceptional printing services with unwavering dedication to quality and timely delivery. Our journey began many years ago and has been marked by a succession of dedicated owners who have each played a vital role in shaping our legacy.

In 1975, Chuck Pierson took the reins of Standard Printing, guiding the business through a period of growth and establishing a reputation for excellence. In 1983, Dick Lenz acquired Standard Printing, entrusting its operations to his son, Brian Lenz. Brian's stewardship further solidified the company's standing in the community, maintaining the high standards set by his predecessors.

A new chapter commenced in 2017 when Bryce Grundahl, the owner of Drop-n-Go, a well-established business since 2002, brought Standard Printing under his leadership, uniting the two entities as Standard Printing -n- Mailing. This strategic move not only expanded the company's reach but also provided a unique opportunity to combine the strengths of both businesses, creating a comprehensive printing and mailing solutions provider. With the relocation of Drop-n-Go from Main Street to 4th Avenue in Hutchinson, Standard Printing -n- Mailing has been able to flourish, offering an even wider range of services to its valued clients.

Kimberly Helget, our talented graphic designer, brings a fresh perspective and creative flair to every project. She honed her skills working with multiple companies in the Twin Cities area before joining our team in 2018.
