Harbor Isles Tennis and Fitness Club is a premier health and wellness facility dedicated to providing a clean, multi-use space for the advancement of health, wellness, and longevity to its members and the community. Our mission is to offer superior value, friendly service, and a warm, caring, and safe environment in which to achieve your fitness goals. We take pride in our qualified staff, who are the most important ingredient in our ability to succeed and achieve excellence. Our success is measured by how well we service our membership and the relationships we build with them and the community.

Our Facilities and Services

We feature top-of-the-line equipment, full-service personal training, and an array of group exercise classes. Our club offers a variety of programs that cater to different fitness levels and interests. Our classes include HIGH Fitness, cycling, yoga, pilates, and more, all led by high-quality, certified instructors. We also have dedicated tennis courts and offer tennis lessons for all ages and skill levels. Our members can enjoy the use of our smoothie bar, which offers healthy and delicious smoothies that are under 300 calories and have 20g of protein per smoothie.

Membership Benefits

Our memberships include access to more than 80 health clubs in the Pacific Northwest and over 6,000 clubs internationally through our partnership with FitLife and IHRSA. We also offer a special student rate of $29/month for those who present a valid ID. Our club hours are Monday through Thursday from 4:30 am to 9:00 pm, Friday from 4:30 am to 8:00 pm, Saturday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Sunday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Child care hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 11:30 am and 5 pm to 7 pm, Friday from 8 am to 11:30 am, and Saturday from 8:30 am to 11 am.

Our Team

Our staff is committed to providing support and instruction in a select group of programs. Our team includes Group Exercise Instructors like Sadie Giampietri, Melissa Garrett, Heidi Ogao, Brittiny Geraud, Ashley Wendt, Andrea Jensen, Tricia Elliott, and Tahlia Aarstad. Our Fitness Center Manager, Brittiny Geraud, ensures that our members have a safe and clean environment to exercise in. Our trainers are always available for free training consultations and orientations, so don't hesitate to come in and meet them.
