Mariman & Co. is a privately held real estate investment company that specializes in the acquisition and management of high-quality market-rate and affordable multi-family communities in California. Founded in 1974, the company has grown extensively over the years, currently managing 21 properties comprised of over 2,000 apartments and townhomes throughout Orange, Riverside, San Diego, and Los Angeles Counties.

Our mission is to make value-driven real estate investments in select California markets, focusing on acquiring affordable multi-family communities with near and long-term prospects for value enhancement.
