NDC was founded by Robin A. Noah and Wayne N. Hoar. The company has over 40 years of combined construction experience between the founders and a reputable resume providing exceptional customer service and delivering quality work. The combination of general contracting and detention equipment experience instills confidence in Owners, Architects, and General Contractors that NDC is managed by well qualified and experienced personnel.
