Our Expert Instructor
Our head instructor, Micaiah Ganz, has spent over 15 years working as a dancer, personal trainer, fitness instructor, dance teacher, and yoga instructor. With a background in dance, fitness, and psychology, Micaiah is dedicated to providing a transformative fitness experience that inspires and empowers individuals to achieve their goals.
