Our Team

Our team is the heart and soul of Nola's Events LLC. Led by Nola Nevers, the owner and event coordinator, we have a dedicated group of professionals with a passion for crafting amazing experiences. Nola has been dazzling clients with innovative foods, delightful decor, and savvy soirees since 1990. She specializes in Sicilian and French cuisine and loves to incorporate ethnic twists with Northwest flavors. Clementine Peterson, our event coordinator and assistant, brings a wealth of experience in catering and event planning, having grown up in the industry. Chef Weeze Nelligan, our head chef and recipe developer, is an expert saucier and mushroom forager with nearly 30 years of experience in delighting customers with exceptional food.
