At Architecture, P.A., we have been dedicated to providing innovative and intuitive design solutions for over three decades. Founded in 1990 by Frank Demandt, our firm has grown to become one of the largest and busiest small firms in Miami. With a focus on commercial and retail projects, both large and small, we offer a wide range of services to cater to our clients' needs.

Our Story

Frank Demandt, the founder of Architecture, P.A., has been a licensed and practicing architect in South Florida since 1985. Prior to establishing Demandt Architecture, P.A., Frank was a co-founder of Brown Demandt Architects, P.A. in 1990. After a successful 16-year partnership, the two partners went their separate ways, but continued to collaborate on projects. In 2006, Demandt Architecture, P.A. was established with three employees and a wealth of knowledge and experience in innovative design practices.
