Several reviewers expressed frustration with the responsiveness and effectiveness of the property management team. One reviewer had to deal with repeated issues with electricity and plumbing, but despite promises to send someone to fix the problems, no one ever showed up. The reviewer even offered to pay for the repairs themselves, but was ignored. This lack of response led to days without electricity. Additionally, the reviewer reported that one of the staff members, Paul Estrada, was rude and made fun of their non-native English speaking wife.

The fact that the maintenance guy lived on-site meant that any issues were resolved quickly.
