Unsatisfactory Experience with Design Company
Project Delays and Unresponsiveness
The reviewer, Rick Price, had a disappointing experience with a design company hired to work on a small retail space project. Despite being promised that the plans would be complete in January 2020, the project remains unfinished in October. The company has been unresponsive and dishonest, providing a new excuse every day.
Lack of Transparency and Accountability
