Our History

Founded in 1963 by Harold Basser and Myron Kaufman, Basser Kaufman has a rich history that spans over 60 years. Since its inception, the company has been guided by the same family and has developed, owned, and managed over 3 million square feet of retail space. Today, Steven and Marc Kemp are at the helm of the company, consistently delivering on Harold and Myron's vision of top-tier commercial retail.
