Meet the Team

Nels Strandberg - Owner and President of Strandberg Construction with more than two decades of experience in the building industry, he's a leading residential homebuilder and land developer in the area. Nels has collaborated on numerous residential and commercial projects and is deeply involved in the development of the Guemes Trail System and the Anacortes Community.

Erinn Welliver - Operations Manager, Erinn joined Strandberg Construction in 2003 as our Account Administrator, and became Office Manager in 2010. She manages all day-to-day operations for the company, as well as for our affiliates, Strandberg Excavation and Strandberg Design. Erinn makes sure all our moving parts work seamlessly to give Strandberg clients an experience that's second to none.

Aimee Frantz - Project Manager, Aimee joined Strandberg Construction in 2013 with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the University of Washington. She has a strong passion for creating and building custom homes. She ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
