About Our Team
William W. Stubbs III, CPA, has extensive experience in all areas of tax preparation and planning, including corporate, partnership, LLC, trust, estate, gift, and individual taxes. He has provided extensive tax research and tax opinions for client transactions and business structure decisions and IRS audits. Bill always works closely with clients providing estate and income tax planning services and has spent much time with retirement planning issues, including deferred compensation plans.
