The story of Lerner Residential began in 1964 when brothers Harry and Sam Lerner started purchasing apartment properties. Today, Harry Lerner serves as the President of Lerner and Company Real Estate, a property ownership group, and two of Sam's sons, Gary Lerner and Mark Lerner, have assumed management roles. Mark Lerner is the managing member of Lerner Residential, LLC.
