Xin Yi Joins RJM Team

We are proud to welcome Ms. Xin Yi, PE, as our newest senior project manager. Xin holds a Master's degree in Civil/Transportation Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a registered Professional Engineer in Maryland. She brings 11 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, with a strong emphasis on civil engineering, planning, and water resources engineering. Xin has worked on numerous projects, including design, entitlement, and permitting services for various clients.
