Our Story
All-Seasons Ground Maintenance, Inc. is owned and operated by Josh Grant. The corporation was founded in 1979 by his father, James Grant. Currently, All-Seasons has 15-20 full-time employees. Josh, President, grew up in the business and followed his father's footsteps, joining the company full-time in 2012 after obtaining his Associate of Horticulture from CVCC and Bachelor's of Architecture from UNC-Charlotte. Together, they grew the company over several years before James retired. With formal training, real-world expertise, and a creative passion, we have designed a unique experience unmatched by any other landscape contractor.

Our Process
Everything begins with a phone call to establish project details. Whether you're interested in lawn care services or landscape installation, we'll gather your information and create a scope of work detail. From there, a meeting will be scheduled with Josh or one of our project managers to discuss your needs on-site. Maintenance contract estimates are a quick 24-48 hour turn around, while our landscape design services are more involved.
