Our Story

Synergy Home Performance was founded by Todd Witt in 2010. Todd was born and raised in the insulation manufacturing field, working at Cell-Pak, a company founded by his father. Over the years, Todd noticed significant changes in building science, but the building process for ventilation and air quality had not kept pace. This led him to focus on home performance, where he could use his vast knowledge, certifications, and in-field experience to improve the lives of homeowners.

Since its inception, Synergy has grown to include a team of building science professionals proficient in Energy Audits, HVAC Design, Closed Crawlspace Construction, and Spray Foam Insulation. Our team is dedicated to providing top-quality services that meet the unique needs of each homeowner.
