Paths & Pages is a unique organization offering nature-based mindfulness programs for kids of all ages. We believe in the power of the outdoors to inspire authentic connections, foster personal growth, and cultivate a sense of awe and wonder in the hearts of children.

For Younger Minds

  • Mindful Kids Summer Day Camp: Our flagship program combines meditation, movement, writing, reflection, and playful outdoor activities to help children develop social, emotional, and mindfulness skills.

For Tweens & Teens

  • Narimaya: Girl Group - A dedicated program focusing on building self-confidence, developing leadership qualities, and fostering meaningful relationships.
  • School Break Day Camp: A shorter program offering a taste of our signature approach for younger children.
