Our Story

Northland Animal Hospital opened on April 1, 2001. Our philosophy was simple: Set the standard of medicine in the area and be a progressive leader in companion animal medicine. From our humble beginnings, we have strived to provide excellent care for our patients and excellent service for our clients. We started in a small white house and have since moved to our current location, which has allowed us to increase our services and care. We currently offer wellness, internal medicine, advanced diagnostics, dental, surgical, and behavioral medicine for cats and dogs. We are dedicated to giving your pet the best medical options and treatment available.

Our Business

Each staff member at Northland Animal Hospital is responsible for providing the appropriate products, solutions, and technical services to all our clients. We closely observe manufacturing, research, and development of new products and procedures to ensure that we are providing the right products, in the right place, at the right time. Our staff is committed to continuing their education to stay on top of new diagnostic and treatment options for your pet. The protection of health, safety, and the environment within the family unit remains one of our highest priorities. We are dedicated to improving animal health and welfare through innovative partnerships with leaders in our community.

Our Team

Our team is made up of experienced and dedicated professionals. Our practice owner and veterinarian, Dr. Richard Banks, has been providing exceptional care to companion animals for many years. Our associate veterinarians, Dr. Jenna Bauer and Dr. Victoria Hekman, are passionate about providing the best possible care for your pets. Our practice manager, Dani, ensures that the hospital runs smoothly and efficiently. Our licensed veterinary technicians, Michelle, Jennifer, and Isabella 'Bella', provide expert care for your pets during exams and procedures. Our veterinary assistants, Ashley and Dani 'D', provide support to our veterinarians and technicians, and our client service representatives, Caitie and Dani 'D', are dedicated to providing excellent service to our clients.

Hours of Operation

We are open from 9AM to 6PM, Monday through Friday.
