Our History

Our firm was founded in 1979 by brothers Daniel P. Price and J. Timothy Price, who were inspired by their uncle's law practice in Tucson. The brothers initially handled a broad range of cases but soon realized the importance of specialization, particularly in the area of personal injury law. As a result, they began limiting their practice to personal injury claims arising from auto, motorcycle, trucking, bicycle accidents, dog bites, and wrongful death. Over the years, our firm has grown to include additional attorneys, including John Philip Price and Thomas D. Price, who bring their own unique set of skills and expertise to the table.
