Our Team

Our team is comprised of seasoned professionals who are not only experts in their field but also passionate about what they do. Each member brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table, ensuring that every project we undertake is of the highest quality.

Mike Gale, our President, has an impressive 44 years of experience in plumbing. He oversees project management, estimating, and staff management. Amy Crosby, our Treasurer, has over 11 years of experience in plumbing and more than 18 years in the construction industry. She handles office management, human resources, and serves as our controller.

Spencer Miedema, our Service Manager, has over 13 years of experience in the plumbing industry. He manages our service department, handles small project management, and provides service estimating. Trent Gale, our Vice President, has worked in the plumbing industry for 14 years. His responsibilities include project management, estimating, staff management, and he also serves as our safety director.

JD Karsten, our Project Manager, brings 20 years of experience in the plumbing industry to his role. He focuses on project management and estimating, ensuring that all projects are completed to perfection.
