Spa Etiquette & Policies

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we request a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your service. Failure to provide this notice or not showing up for your scheduled appointment will result in a fee of 100% of the scheduled service being charged. We will require a credit card on file for all bookings.

We recommend you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Please be aware that if you arrive late to your appointment, we may have to shorten the length of your service to accommodate our next guest. Please silence your cell phone upon arrival as to not disrupt the services of our other guests.
