Staff and Communication Issues
Some reviewers have experienced issues with the staff, particularly with regards to communication and scheduling. One reviewer had a issue with the young lady who does appointments, who failed to follow up on a promised call back, leaving the reviewer waiting for a crown appointment. Another reviewer was asked to pay for a procedure in advance, which was unclear, and later received a bill with a higher amount than estimated.
Painful and Traumatic Experience
One reviewer had a very negative experience with Dr. Eades, citing extreme pain during a root canal procedure. The dentist failed to ensure the reviewer was fully numb before proceeding, and the reviewer experienced excruciating pain throughout the procedure. The reviewer was left with lasting nerve damage and a fear of visiting the dentist again.
