Anchor Point Early Learning Academy is a small, center-based school with a high-quality early education program utilizing a center-based curriculum. We proudly maintain low child to teacher ratios, uniquely offering an individualized focus for each child to be successful. Our mission is to inspire a child's love of learning and exploring through a curriculum designed to develop the intellectual, physical, artistic, and academic excellence inherent in each child.
Our Approach
Every child is strong, capable, independent, curious, and full of imagination. A quality early education program will empower children to think, question, investigate, explore, and help navigate the journey of learning. Our approach is centered around providing a curriculum that seamlessly integrates essential skills required for excellence in kindergarten, such as early literacy, mathematical concepts, and fine motor skills, into a play and project-based learning environment that encourages critical thinking and enthusiasm for knowledge.
Our Story
Anchor Point Early Learning Academy was founded by Miss Amanda and her husband Joey, fulfilling her long-time dream to create a program where a child's individual needs and learning styles are fostered in an environment where children, staff, and families feel safe, secure, and engaged. We believe in creating an environment where children, staff, and families feel safe, secure, and engaged in our program, providing a high-quality education, acknowledging and supporting each child's individual learning style and needs, and creating experiences that are developmentally appropriate and support cognitive learning, language/literacy, social and emotional, and physical learning.
