Poor Service and Quality of Care
Janet Aldrich gave the hospital 1 star and expressed extreme disappointment with the service. She has been taking her dog to the hospital since 2010 but has noticed a significant decline in quality since the hospital was sold to a corporation and rates were doubled. When her dog became sick, she was told to cancel her appointment and was not seen until several days later. The hospital also suggested she take her dog to an emergency animal clinic instead of providing emergency care.
Mixed Reviews for Quality of Care
Jakob Waugh gave the hospital 4 stars and praised the veterinarian, Dr. Weekes, for his care and concern for their pet's well-being. Steve gave the hospital 3 stars and lamented the decline in quality since the hospital was sold. He felt that the staff was unfriendly, the doctors were rushed, and they focused on making a profit rather than providing quality care. On the other hand, several reviewers praised the hospital, including Joe Baxter, Rebecca Thompson, Leslie Frey, and Michele Fama, who gave the hospital 5 stars. They noted the hospital's friendly staff, thoroughness, and compassion.
Health Concerns and Accusations
Logan Mellott gave the hospital 1 star and accused them of killing their 7-month-old cat, Loki. The hospital claimed that the cat flatlined after being given anesthesia, but Logan suspected that this was not the case and believed that the hospital was at fault.
