Phil Kintz, the founder of Kintz Cabinets Custom Woodworking, has honed his craftsmanship over three decades, building and installing custom cabinetry in kitchens, bathrooms, great rooms, china hutches, entertainment centers, home theaters, libraries, home offices, and bars. His dedication to quality, attention to detail, and personalized client relationships has made a significant impact on the remodeling industry in Orange County and its surrounding areas. Phil's passion for his work extends beyond building and installing custom cabinetry. As a family man, Phil and his wife Theresa have raised four children in their Orange County home and now enjoy the company of their seven granddaughters and three grandsons.

Our process begins with an initial consultation and job site appointment, where we assess the scope and requirements of your project. During this meeting, Phil will answer all your questions, note your design preferences, and accurately measure the space. This information is then used to generate an estimate for the project cost. Upon approval of the bid and expected timeline, design drawings are produced for your review. Once the contract is signed, and a deposit is paid, production time is allocated, and materials are sourced. Our built-in cabinetry is custom-built in our workshop using top-quality materials and hardware, and stained finishes are applied off-site by professional finishers before installation. Phil personally oversees the installation of all projects to ensure your custom built-ins meet our exacting standards and your specifications.
