Our Services

Our one, three, and four bedroom apartment homes are pet-friendly and come equipped with must-have features and plenty of life-enhancing perks to help keep your days running smoothly. From whipping up breakfast in your thoughtfully designed kitchen to enjoying said meal in your spacious living area or on your outdoor patio or balcony, The Scarlet is a home that aims to please.
Our amenities include a resort-worthy pool, a fitness center, and a coffee bar, among many others. We also offer free in-room internet and cable, and our maintenance staff is on call 24 hours a day. At The Scarlet, we've thought of everything to make your college experience unforgettable.
