Enliven Wellness is located in White Oaks, Bridgeport, WV, and our office hours are as follows: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm and 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm; and Wednesday from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
Payment Options
We accept a range of payment options, including insurance plans such as PEIA, Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, The Health Plan, Peak Health/WVU Medicine, and Medicare, as well as private pay options through Care Credit and HSA/FSA.
