Meet Dr. David Nichols

Dr. David Nichols, a native of Cary, North Carolina, is the founder and lead chiropractor at Nichols Family Chiropractic. Dr. Nichols earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, South Carolina, graduating Magna Cum Laude. After completing his education, Dr. Nichols married his college sweetheart, Stefanie, and started a family. They now have three beautiful children: Bennett, Hudson, and Ivy.

Before opening Nichols Family Chiropractic, Dr. Nichols worked for two years in a busy Cary, NC chiropractic clinic. His passion for community involvement and desire to make chiropractic care accessible to all led him to establish his practice in Fuquay-Varina. Dr. Nichols is dedicated to sharing his knowledge about improving the health of the entire family through chiropractic, mindset, exercise, nutrition, and the body's inborn ability to heal itself.

Our Services

At Nichols Family Chiropractic, we offer a range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual:

1. Wellness Plans: Our wellness plans are designed for individuals and families seeking regular chiropractic care at affordable rates. These plans provide unlimited chiropractic checks per month with adjustments performed as necessary based on the doctor's discretion. Our wellness plans are not insurance programs, and patients understand that no insurance will be billed or submitted.

2. Pay-per-Visit Option: For those who prefer a more flexible arrangement, we also offer a pay-per-visit option at $50 per visit.

3. Initial Examination: Our initial examination includes a first visit consultation, chiropractic spinal analysis, orientation, first chiropractic adjustment, and any necessary x-rays. The fee for an individual is $60, while a family examination (for up to four members) is $100. X-rays are not included in the examination fee.

4. Wellness Plan Perks: Our wellness plans offer several benefits, including no contracts, unlimited chiropractic checks per month, adjustments when necessary, no hidden charges, no appointments required, no insurance needed, and short wait times.
