Empire Montessori Preschool

At Empire Montessori, we believe that every child is unique and deserves a personalized learning experience. Since 2009, we have been dedicated to providing a bilingual (English/Chinese) Montessori education to children from the ages of 1 to 6. With five locations across the South Bay and East Bay in California, we strive to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can flourish and reach their full potential.

Our Philosophy

Our approach is centered around the principles of Dr. Maria Montessori, emphasizing self-directed learning, hands-on activities, and mixed-age classrooms. We believe that children learn best when they are encouraged to explore and discover at their own pace. Our teachers act as facilitators, guiding children as they explore and learn through hands-on activities, games, and interactive materials.

Our Programs

We offer a range of programs tailored to meet the unique needs of children aged 1 to 6. Our programs include:

Infant Program: Designed for children aged 12 months to 24 months, this program focuses on socialization, emotional development, and early learning skills.

Two's Program: Suitable for children aged 2 to 3 years old, this program lays the foundation for a love of learning, social skills, and emotional intelligence.

Preschool Program: For children aged 3 to 6 years old, this program provides a comprehensive early childhood education, complete with literacy, numeracy, and social skills development.

Bilingual Programs: We offer bilingual programs in Mandarin and English, available at select locations, providing children with a unique opportunity to develop language skills and cultural awareness.

Our Facilities and Services

Our facilities are designed to provide a warm and welcoming environment, complete with fully-equipped classrooms, playgrounds, and outdoor spaces. We offer nutritious lunches, vegetarian options available, and a variety of engaging activities, including martial arts, music, and sports.
