IBHIIT

Dreamland Kids
We believe that fitness should be a family affair. Our kid-friendly CrossFit workouts are a great way for young ones to stay active and in shape. These classes are designed to be fun and engaging, while also providing a valuable introduction to the principles of fitness and healthy living.
Kid-Zone
We know it can be hard for parents to find time to make it to the gym. That's why we offer a free Kid-Zone for our members, available Monday-Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., with hours extended to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday to accommodate members taking the late Cross-Train class. Our Kid-Zone is a safe and welcoming environment where your children can play and have fun while you focus on your fitness routine.
IBFIT Camp!
One of the best ways to get to know us and the gym is to come to one of our boot camps. These one-hour guided workouts are held once a week - at 8:00 am on Saturdays - and are popular with newcomers and regulars alike. Our boot camps provide a great opportunity to meet our trainers, learn about our services, and experience the positive and supportive atmosphere of our gym.
