Patient Experience
The patient reviews for Florida Dental Implants are extremely varied, with some patients expressing extreme satisfaction with their experience, while others had terrible experiences. One patient, Darla Short, had a disastrous experience, stating that she would not give more than one star if she could. She was asked to pay $1,000 upfront before scheduling an appointment and was treated poorly by the staff.
On the other hand, several patients had exceptional experiences with Dr. Rintel and his staff. They praised the office for being well-appointed, the staff for being pleasant and professional, and the doctor for being competent and caring. Many patients commented that the doctor and staff went above and beyond to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
Complaints
The main complaints by patients were related to the upfront payment required and poor treatment by the staff. Darla Short had a particularly terrible experience, stating that she was asked to sign a consent form that indicated a risk that the wrong tooth could be removed or a different surgery performed. She was also asked to leave the office when she questioned the form.
