With over 20 years of experience in various modalities of healing, our founder and licensed massage therapist, Leah, offers a unique blend of massage, sound therapy, and yoga to promote physical, mental, and emotional balance.
Integrated Massage
Our integrated massage therapy sessions are tailored to release tension, relieve pain, and promote healing. We offer a variety of massage modalities, including lomi lomi inspired Swedish massage, muscle-specific deep tissue massage, myofascial release, acupressure, shiatsu, reflexology, and reiki.
Sonic Therapy
Incorporating sound waves into our therapy sessions, we stimulate movement throughout the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. This modality improves areas of stagnation, congestion, inflammation, and injury.
Polychromatic Light Therapy
Our polychromatic light therapy utilizes infrared, red, and blue spectrum light waves to target sites of injury and chronic pain. This modality dramatically increases circulation, resulting in rapid pain relief, improvement in sensation, and regeneration of damaged tissues.
Cupping
Our cupping therapy involves the use of soft silicon cups to create a vacuum on the skin, targeting areas of discomfort. This modality increases blood flow, promotes cell repair, reduces inflammation, and relieves pain and soreness.

Born and raised in Michigan, Leah moved to Colorado in 2002, pursuing her passion for massage and yoga. Her expertise grows each year as she delves into new depths and types of healing practices.
