Our staff consists of dedicated professionals who are committed to ensuring the highest level of support, information, and service for your pets. As fellow animal lovers, we understand the importance of the relationship between you and your pet, and we are committed to giving your companion the best life possible.
Our clinic is led by Dr. Juan Machado, a seasoned veterinarian who graduated from the University of Camaguey, Cuba in 1985. Dr. Machado obtained his license to practice veterinary medicine in the State of Florida in 2005 and has been practicing in Southwest Florida since then. He began his career at Crossroads Pet Hospital in Lehigh Acres and later transferred to Fort Myers EVC, where he remained for eight years. In 2016, Dr. Machado decided to open his own clinic, West Gate Animal Clinic, where he continues to provide top-notch care to pets in the area.
Our staff maintains the highest levels of accreditation and pursue ongoing education to stay abreast of the latest trends in veterinary medicine. We believe in diagnosing before treating and schedule 15-30 minute appointments for all our exams to ensure that each pet receives the attention they deserve.
Our Services
At West Gate Animal Clinic, we offer a variety of services to cater to your pet's needs. Our services include vaccinations, vet visits, and general pet care. We also provide resources for pet owners, such as a comprehensive pet care library with detailed information about animals and their care.
Our Lehigh Acres Office
Our clinic is conveniently located at 5624 8th St W #109, Lehigh Acres, FL 33971. We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays.
