A Brief History

Elemental Massage Therapy was founded by Lisa Tomasik in 2015, following her training at the Massage Wellness Institute and Center in St. Albans, VT. With a decade-long background in CrossFit and a deep love for horses, Lisa's journey into the world of massage was driven by her understanding of the human body and its need for care. She has since been certified in a range of techniques including Thai, Phenomenal Touch, Shiatsu, Reiki, Hot Stone, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Cupping, and Prenatal. Today, our team works tirelessly to ensure that every client who walks through our doors feels welcomed, understood, and cared for.
