Our Story

Our story began with two brothers in Columbus and Phenix City, who shared a passion for providing quality locksmith services. We came up with our name, 911 Lock and Key, because one of the brothers is a firefighter. Today, we're proud to have expanded our services to include a storefront location in Auburn, Alabama, where customers can meet us in person. We continue to serve our customers in Columbus, Georgia, and surrounding areas, providing mobile locksmith services and by-appointment-only services.
