Our Team

Premier Eye Care is led by Dr. Mark A. Zaremba, a highly skilled optometrist dedicated to providing the best possible eye care. Dr. Zaremba's journey began in Buffalo, New York, where he was born and raised before moving to Pittsburgh. He pursued his education with passion, earning his bachelor's degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland and his Doctor of Optometry from The Ohio State University. Following five years of experience in a Cleveland practice, Dr. Zaremba returned to his adopted hometown, joining forces with Anna Milajecki to establish Premier Eye Care, a testament to their shared commitment to serving the Mt. Lebanon and South Hills communities.

Anna Milajecki, a trusted figure within the practice, plays a pivotal role as the long-time office manager and optician. Anna's background is as impressive as Dr. Zaremba's. A native of Wellsville, Ohio, she graduated from Duquesne University with both a bachelor's and law degree. Her expertise in both administrative management and optics proves invaluable to the smooth operation and patient experience at Premier Eye Care.
