Arrow Investments, LLC was founded by Robert and Michele Wick, both proud graduates of Winona State University. They have two children who also graduated from WSU, both of whom lived in their rental properties during their time as students. This firsthand experience fostered a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by college students seeking quality, affordable housing. With this understanding, they embarked on a mission to provide comfortable and convenient homes for Winona State University students, working diligently to create a welcoming and supportive environment away from home.
