Criteria for Investment Opportunities: Aligning with Our Vision

We actively seek out acquisition and partnership opportunities, along with new ventures, that align with our investment philosophy and strategic vision. We consistently consider both majority control transactions and minority investments in established businesses.

Majority Control Transactions

For majority control acquisitions, our target is middle-market companies headquartered in the United States, with the following characteristics:

  • Existing operating businesses with demonstrable cash flows ranging from $5 to $50 million.
  • Equity investments up to $250 million.

Minority Investments

In the case of minority investments, we prefer established businesses that:

  • Exhibit a clear business model with specific defined uses of proceeds.
  • Offer the potential for us to add value beyond the contribution of capital.
  • Present a path to eventual control or a clear and agreed-upon exit strategy.
  • Do not have a minimum transaction size requirement.

We value collaborative partnerships and are open to working alongside experienced executives, family offices, private equity firms, and independent sponsors who share our investment values. Add-On Opportunities
