About Belinda Chou Tarlach

Belinda Chou Tarlach is the founder and owner of Effective Tax and Accounting Services. With a Master of Science in Taxation and extensive experience in public accounting, Belinda is a licensed Enrolled Agent (EA) authorized to represent clients before the IRS. She is a member of the California Association of Enrolled Agents and the East Bay Association of Enrolled Agents. Belinda is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
