Effortless PMU was founded in 2017, blossoming from Judy's personal quest for a fulfilling career path. Driven by her passion for makeup and artistry, she embarked on a journey, immersing herself in various permanent makeup academies. What began as a small venture, operating in the back room of Spades Nail Parlor, has transformed into a thriving business, rooted in the principles of natural enhancement and timeless beauty.

Guided by the Law of Attraction, the unwavering support of her sisters, and nearly half a decade of experience, Judy has meticulously cultivated a space where clients from diverse backgrounds can find their confidence reflected. Effortless PMU prioritizes individualized attention, ensuring that each client receives a personalized approach tailored to their unique features and desires.

Our Team

We are a team of dedicated artists passionate about helping individuals achieve their desired look with finesse and artistry. At the heart of our team is Judy Liang, our founder and Master Artist. Judy possesses an unparalleled talent for crafting permanent makeup looks that seamlessly blend with the natural contours of the face. Her artistry goes beyond simply applying pigment. She possesses a deep understanding of color theory, facial anatomy, and the individual needs of each client.

Complementing Judy's expertise is our Junior Artist, Selena He. Selena joined the Effortless team in early 2021, honing her skills as an apprentice under Judy's meticulous guidance. Selena has a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results, ensuring each client experiences the highest level of care and artistry.

Our Signature Technique

Effortless PMU is renowned for its signature Ombre Brow technique. This meticulously crafted technique uses a gradient shading effect to create dimensional, natural-looking brows.
