At Raining Roses Productions, we are a custom design house specializing in creating the wedding of your dreams. Our luxurious style is created with your favorite colors, flowers, songs, and anything else that inspires your love. From intimate weddings to grand gatherings, we provide ceremony structures, aisle runners, centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnieres, and much more. Our team, led by Chicago-based designer Jesus Rodriguez, is dedicated to creating unique and memorable experiences for you and your guests.

Our Story

Founded in 2001 by Jesus Rodriguez and his partner Jonathan Panczuk, Raining Roses Productions Inc. has been an overnight success and continues to heavily influence market trends today. With a background in fashion and over 20 years of experience in the floral industry, Jesus has always been faithful to the belief that creativity has no limits. He feels that, "If an idea or emotion can be conveyed, we can create it through the use of floral and decor." By combining his passion for creativity and structured approach to design, he and his team are able to produce original works of art tailored to each client's vision.

Philosophy

Growing up in Mexico, Jesus Rodriguez, Designer/Owner, can remember being inside, while the other kids were outside playing. He would sit quietly, drawing and creating with any material he could find. Back then it wasn't so much about design, but rather just the easiest way to express himself. He can't remember a single moment in his life when he wasn't completely enveloped by design. It is his calling. To express one's self through design, is like speaking a private language. And when you are creating that design for another person, then it becomes a beautiful and eloquent conversation.

For Jesus, design is always personal. There is no way around this fact, because by its nature, design takes what is on the inside of a person and brings it out for the world to see. This is both scary and liberating at the same time. When he first began to design an event, he started by exploring his client's vision. Even if they don't realize it, that vision is based on a structure. Sometimes this is expressed as a theme, image, color, song, memory, or even a scent. If you look closely, you will find that all design elements, from the grandest to the smallest, contribute to this structure.
