- Diversified Adjusting: The forefront of chiropractic care is the "adjustment". The Diversified technique entails a high velocity, low amplitude thrust typically performed by hand, by the treating doctor.
- Muscle Release Therapy (MRT): Muscle Release Therapy or MRT, is a manual technique which aims to target muscle adhesions better known as "trigger points" or "knots".
- IASTM: IASTM is short for "Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization." This technique involves the doctor using a handheld tool to break down scar tissue and adhesions within muscles in order to create a local inflammatory healing response.
- Electric Muscle Stimulation (EMS): EMS also known as "E-Stim" is a physical therapy procedure which aims to send mild electrical pulses through the skin to help stimulate injured muscles or manipulate nerves to reduce pain.
- Rehabilitation Exercises: In addition to exceptional chiropractic care, our facility also offers the use of fitness equipment to our patients.
Our Team
Our team is led by Dr. Will Lee, a Bay Area native who earned his degree in Cognitive Psychology from the University of California, Irvine before earning his Doctorate in Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic West, San Jose. Dr. Lee is passionate about helping his patients feel and function at their maximum potential from everyday life to athletics and sports.
