Breakfast Options
Sun Rise Breakfast (Chef's Favorite) - Creamy scrambled eggs with cheese, choice of 2 breakfast meats: bacon, sausage, turkey sausage or Canadian Bacon, Brown Sugar & Maple Oatmeal, assorted baked goods, and fresh fruit display complete with coffee.
Continental Breakfast - Assorted baked goods, assorted bagels and flavored cream cheeses, served with butter, jelly, and jam, fresh fruit display, and complete with coffee.
Joy-On-The-Go Breakfast - Individually boxed with napkin and utensils, individual yogurt, individual fruit cup or whole fruit, bagel with cream cheese.
Brunch #2 - Assortment of freshly baked quiche, breakfast casserole or creamy scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon and sausage, sliced honey baked ham, country style roasted redskin potatoes, buttermilk biscuits and southern style sausage gravy, steam fresh vegetables, Michigan salad, assorted baked goods, fresh fruit display, and assortment of fruit juices, coffee service.
Breakfast Ala Carte - Breakfast Sandwiches served on English muffin, freshly baked biscuit or butter croissant, stuffed with your favorite breakfast meat, eggs and cheese.
Gourmet Omelet Station - Choose from an assortment of meats, fresh vegetables, and gourmet cheeses.
Fruit Tray - Beautifully sliced presented with flavored cream cheeses and garnished with fresh pineapple.
Talk to your event planner about adding: Waffle & Pancake Station, Breakfast Mimosas, Meat & Cheese Tray, Freshly sliced, finished with gourmet crackers & fresh dill garnishments, Fruit Juice Service, Southern Style Biscuits & Gravy, Exotic Fruit Juice Service, Coffee Service, The upscale version of our coffee service includes: Flavored coffee syrups, whipped cream, chocolate shavings, cherries, cocoa, lemon and orange garnish, Gourmet hot chocolate, Spiced hot apple cider (seasonal).
