Alliance Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. was established in early 2004 by business partners John Tropila and Jay Sexton. After working 15 years each in the commercial HVAC industry, they opened Alliance Heating & Air Conditioning with immediate success. John's background in bidding, scheduling, and accounting, coupled with Jay's background in installation and running all field operations and personnel made for a perfect combination. After almost a decade in business, their partnership remains as strong as ever. John and Jay personally handle all day-to-day operations of each and every job from start to finish.

Alliance Heating & Air Conditioning is like a family. Most of their employees have been with them since the year they opened. Alliance Heating & Air Conditioning is the proprietary HVAC contractor in several buildings throughout Southern California, including properties operated by CBRE and Transwestern Commercial Property Services.
